Shipping & Returns
UK Shipping
All UK orders are a flat fee of £3.99 and will be shipped within 36 hours of the order being made (unless your order contains an item on pre-order). All orders are sent out via first class signed for post. If you require fast tracked shipping, please contact us via email, Instagram or via our website chat function before placing your order.
International Shipping
All orders placed outside of the UK are a flat fee of £19.99 and will be shipped within 36 hours of the order being made (unless your order contains an item on pre-order). You will receive a tracking number shortly after. Once the order has left the UK it will be passed to a local provider to complete the delivery.
If you would like us to use a specific delivery provider please contact us before placing your order.
Returns
We offer a full refund on any items returned to us within 14 days. All items must be unwashed and unworn with the original labels and tags attached. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged or marked, including those which have signs of make-up, fake tan or any other marks. Please see below for a list of items that are not eligible for return.
To make a return, please fill out the returns card that will accompany your order, clearly noting your name, order number and reason for returning and send the items to our store address: The Decorium, 28 High Street, Tettenhall Village, WV6 8QT.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure that your return reaches us safely, since we cannot be held responsible for returns that don’t reach us. We find Royal Mail’s 1st and 2nd Class Signed For services to be the most reliable and reasonable services for shipping.
Non-returnable items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings
- ‘Pre-loved’ and Vintage items from The Archive collection
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items that do not have the original tags or labels attached
- Items that have been damaged or marked, including those which have signs of fake-tan, make-up, or any other marks
- Items that are not returned within 14 days of first attempted delivery
Damaged/Faulty items
If your order is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours with a picture and description of the fault/damage. We will arrange for an exchange or refund of the item after discussing the matter with you.
The Decorium reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
