Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For shipping service. If you require tracked shipping, please contact us via email, Instagram or via our website chat function before placing your order.

International orders are sent via a tracked service and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

For international orders, any taxes, duties or import charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Our delivery partner may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
