Key trends we think you should know: Autumn '24
Whilst we aren't slaves to trends, we love to keep an eye on the shows and what people are wearing both on and off the runway. Here are the key trends we love and will be dipping in to this season...
There seems to be less of a focus on silhouette this season, with fabrication and tactility taking centre stage. This is great news for us as we are always seeking out quality fishes and subtle design details that really elevate and add a premium touch.
We saw a lot of boho references with long flowing dresses engulfed in suede and tassel jackets.
Necklines climbed to new heights at Stella McCartney and Victoria Beckham, with mohair roll necks mostly covering half the faces of their models.
The shows were awash with tweeds, herringbones and argyles allowing for a country look with an edge thanks to sculptural metallic earrings and chic sunglasses fending off the Autumn sunshine. We'll be channeling the relaxed royal style of Balmoral with chunky knitwear and textured skirts in unexpected fabrications.
Broadly speaking, we're in-line with fashion's general focus on "reality" which translates to wearable daywear and mix and match separates. Wine, brown and charcoal grey colour palettes mix in with cool denim cuts that allow us to embrace the arrival of a new season in style.
